We know there's police officers in the cities. But did the RRA ever go to court? They killed so many and in our world they definitely broke international laws.
Vegeta is walking around as a killer. Is he on the FBI's Most Wanted list, to be put in a prison or hospital? How is Capsule Corp not embroiled in a scandal for housing an unhinged killer?
