Itachi loses without Tsukuyomi, though Totsuka Sword might seal the deal if used properly. With knowledge, Whitebeard could likely rape. Otherwise, those haxed attacks hand Itachi the win.

Oh yeah forgot to mention genjutsu restricted. I still think Itachi would win. WB aint getting past Yata-Mirror and if he cant get past that he will get hit by totsuka sooner or later. Also I dont see how WB can do anything against Amaterasu.

Amaterasu isn't an insta-kill attack. The Raikage guy simply cut off his arm to keep the flames from spreading, so unless you let a vital part be caught aflame Amaterasu wouldn't seal anything.

Itachi's Susanoo was destroyed by Kirin, so I doubt "this mirror can block everything" or whatever they said wasn't a hyperbole.

When was Itachi's Susanoo destroyed by Kirin. Itachi didnt use Susanoo till after getting hit by Kirin. Also Yata-Mirror got mad hype being a Sage of Six Paths Sacred tool. I wouldnt be suprised if it at least have continental durability

He used Susanoo to protect himself from Kirin, the whole point was that Kirin was undodgeable but Itachi had a trump card for it.

Itachi stated that he survived Kirin only due to the added defense of Susanoo.

I doubt the mirror's protection is any greater than that of a complete body Susanoo, which Itachi never demonstrated. Considering that even a complete Susanoo's power pales in comparison to a Juubi Jinchuuriki, I don't give the six path sage's tool hype much credit. He also used those shitty jars that the Ginkaku and Kinkaku brothers were sealed in, but Madara considered them useless.

Itachi is leagues better at strategy than anyone on OP, so I wouldn't put it past him to pull off at least of of his hax to win.

If both get prep, then Whitebeard insta-kills. He's far faster than Itachi, far stronger and won't sit around for Itachi to activate Tsukiyomi. Without prep though, Tsukiyomi is the deciding factor, in which case Itachi may win if WB simply waits to gauge Itachi's power. That's still the Uchiha's only chance though.

Tsyukomi is instant, I don't see why he wouldn't get time to activate it he managed to activate Susanoo in time to react to a charged lightning bolt. At the very least he should be able to get a basic genjutsu off to follow it up with Tsyukomi.

Tsyukomi aside WB has enough fire power to take out Susanoo, but there's still Yata mirror to absorb his shockwave attacks. He'll be heavily plagued by Ameterasu and in constant fear of having his soul sealed if he gets too close to Itachi.

Itachi is just a much, much smarter strategist who should take home the win against just about any OP character.

Reacting to a charged lightning bolt by OP standards isn't as impressive as it sounds on paper. We've had lightning timers ever since Luffy fought Enel, plus WB was able to hit Kizaru when he was in his Logia mode. There's a good chance WB can hit him before Itachi's thought process is capable of activating any of his jutsu. He wouldn't need to get close, either, since WB's quakes have been shown to have enough range that they could be felt from Marineford all the way to Sabaody.

Ridiculously one-sided battle...Itachi would only possibly survive thanks to his Tsukuyomi, and even then, Whitebeard should look at him in the eyes.

It's not onesided at all. WB just has raw power which Itachi has more than shown to be able to counter with superior intelligence.
