Jackie vs Krillin

How many effort levels does Jackie use? Krillin takes him by surprise at the start, and then Jackie is forced to block Krillin's punch, saying that he actually has to work now. That implies an effort level change. He is able to punch faster than Krillin can see. However, he then says that he isn't going to take it so easy on the next punch. Does that mean he raised his effort level again? Krillin is able to match Jackie's speed on that encounter which is stated. In the next engagement, Jackie gets the best of Krillin and damages him heavily. Does this imply yet another power up?

Three levels sound good to me. The first one which Chun called a "light" hit being over Krillin's flustered battle level, the second one being slightly stronger than Krillin's focused level, and the last one being powerful enough to easily knock Krillin out.

I'd say so. Considering he was surprised by Krillin implies he was expecting more trash.
