Cap has better strength feats, doesn't he? But Jason won't die, so...

With situations like these, where we have nearly immortal combatants, I always accept a KO as a possible outcome. For instance, Jason has been put down for days, weeks, months, or even years at a time. So if Jason gets his ass kicked and enough to let Cap walk away, I consider the match over. Jason doesn't get two weeks to recover and then come back for more.

That's a fair point. I think Cap could KO Jason fairly quickly in the fight. It's not exactly hard.

No, Jason has MUCH better strength feats than MCU Cap, heck, even comics Cap. Post-FvJ Jason would be really hard to put down, Cap can't take him down with his mere punches or his skill. He's faster, but he's not dodging him forever, and Jason never gets tired.
