Even with Jason's regeneration abilities? He was shown to survive in space. Plus if you take the comics into consideration, he survived re-entry through an atmosphere.

And he doesn't need his cyborg upgrade to breag the Yautja into a hundred pieces. Jason at his strongest would crush this guy, and none of his weapons are going to help him.

Anyway, I'd say Jason regardless. Predator was tough, but was brought down by a single human. Jason is no ordinary human.

None, unless you take away Jason's immortality.

Then I'd say about 100 predators. For Über-Jason I mean, and I'd say it would take more than that to actually destroy every piece of him.

As his superzombie self, making a human's head explode by punching it and lifting a car.
As his cyborg self, throwing a humongous tree.
