Reacoom is the only one of the two to have an amplified attack as far as we know, so he's got that going for him. Jheese seems to have a better balance between power and speed though, so when their Ki is practically equal, I'd say Jheese takes it. Since they have knowledge on each other too, Reacoom won't get an opportunity to use the Ultra Fighting Bomber.

Well Jheese did use that Crasher Ball thing, which based on their surprise at its ineffectiveness, might have been fairly amplified.

I side with Jeice. As others have said, the Crusher Ball was hype, and he thought it would be effective against someone who already beat Recoome with ease.

And on a personal note, I usually bump Jeice and Burta up just a bit over Recoome, just for the pecking order.

Eh I want to say Reacoome but this is where the specialness of each Ginyu comes into play. Reacoome was the strongest (Physical Wise) who had some insane durabily which gives him the edge, while Jeice never displayed anything special but based on the hype of the Crusher Ball I designated him as the "Ki Specialist" or "Long Range Attacker", "More Balanced Member of the Team" or "All of the Above". It's hard to say but I'm going to side with Reacoome on this one.

To be fair, he was still under the assumption that a 5k Goku somehow got miraculously lucky up until Ginyu set him straight.

Ya, but he was desperate and pissed, so he knew something was off kilter. He wouldn't have boasted about the Crusher Ball unless it had some impact to it, and I just don't see him taking that attitude at someone who was firmly at 5k.
