Round 2: Could go either way but I'm leaning towards Jinbei I guess

Jimbei's feats in the current arc have been a lot more impressive than Sanji's, such as oneshotting Opera whereas Sanji couldn't take down someone of comparable rank like Oven. He also stalemated G2 Luffy in Fishman Island whereas a tired base Luffy could take hits from Sanji fairly well, so unless Luffy improved from the fights with Doffy and Cracker that much, it's a point in Jimbei's favour.
