An all out brawl between the three, no limit on fusion time or Ultra-Instinct transformation.

Jiren wins. Ultra Instinct Galu is at best equal to him and doesn't have the stamina to take him down.
Kefla, meanwhile, is trash to either of them. The episode preview suggests Galu will need no higher than regular Kaioken Blue to face her, whereas Jiren stomped 20x that.

IF Kelfa goes Berserker Super Saiyan or the controlled version & Jiren is still meditating then that'll be enough proof to say even a Potara fusion of a stronger controlled Berserker Super Saiyan & an AscendedSaiyan is worthless to Jiren.

IF Kelfa goes Berserker Super Saiyan or the controlled version & Jiren is still meditating then that'll be enough proof to say even a Potara fusion of a stronger controlled Berserker Super Saiyan & an AscendedSaiyan is worthless to Jiren.

If Kaioken Blue Galu doesn't get oneshotted by her, that alone proves she's worthless to Jiren.

Hmmmm, maybe, but Goku wasn't one shotted by Jiren. Jiren even dodged Kaioken x20 SuperSaiyan BLUE Goku's Kamehameha.

Maybe Jiren didn't wanna get his clothes dirty from taking that attack but if Kelfa one shots a Kaioken x20 SuperSaiyan BLUE Goku there's still the possibility of Goku not being fully recovered & Jiren holding back whereas Kelfa wouldn't have that same level of control.

Yeah based on the spoilers I'd say Kefla wins if Jiren is at the same level he fought Goku

Jiren still wins though since he was far from his full power when he fought UI Goku.

Kefla was having trouble against an exhausted SuperSaiyan BLUE Kaioken Goku, so an Kaioken multiplier higher then x2 or a fully recovered SuperSaiyan BLUE, Kefla may not stand a chance which would make sense.
