Whilst we have implications that Jiren's stamina may be poor, that's pure speculation right now and we have yet to see Jiren tire against opponents not too far above his power, whereas Nappa's stamina/durability was impressive only against opponents that were nowhere near his level. There was Goku saying "This could take forever", but I wouldn't say this is major evidence of Nappa having next level durability when they'd just been fighting for a few minutes at most.
