Summary: Jodo Kast was a bounty hunter who was active during the time of the Galactic Civil War. Infamously, Kast was most known for wearing a suit of modified Mandalorian Armor that was nearly identical in appearance to that of the notorious Boba Fett. This was by no means a coincidence. Kast was often mistaken for Fett and went so far as to intentionally impersonate him in order to take on more prestigious and better paying jobs.
This deceit eventually caught up with Kast. After assuming the identity of Sava Brec Modak, Boba Fett went undercover and set a trap by hiring and confronting Kast. The confrontation eventually proved fatal after Fett rigged the impostor's Jetpack to explode while Kast was still wearing it.

Bio and Fighting Experience: Before turning to the world of bounty hunting, Jodo Kast was a resistance fighter for an early incarnation of the Rebel Alliance. This was a career path based on money rather than any personal stake in the revolution. This lack of loyalty and ideals would become a personality trademark for Jodo Kast, as he regularly valued wealth over even the life of his allies. He went on to become a deserter, turning his sights to the world of bounty hunting after stealing the armor from a dead Mandalorian.
Unfortunately, many of the high end jobs proved to be overwhelming, resulting in a slew of failed missions and a miserable reputation. Kast changed his priorities in order to turn his luck around. He began to focus on small time bounties and other easy targets, all the while keeping a low profile in the Outer Rim. This course of action fit Kast well, and he soon found success working in this regard.
It should be known that not every grand scale assignment ended in failure. Perhaps Jodo Kast's most acclaimed success came from a mission to Cloud City, where he was sent to retrieve a datacard containing the location of rebel fugitives. While on the payroll of the Empire's Captain Govin Than, Kast cut a path of betrayal and murder before gaining possession of the datacard and fulfilling his contract.
While Jodi Kast was by no means an excellent fighter, his weapons and ability to deceive have served him well. Whether he won the day or not, it is always a sure be that a trail of bodies will be left in his wake. One example of this occurred on Tatooine, approximately 30 days before the destruction of the Death Star. During this time, he was in the employ of another Imperial officer named Captain Parlan. Kast was ultimately unsuccessful in his mission, he left a dozen rebel spies and fellow bounty hunters (directly violating the Bounty Hunter's Code, which even Boba Fett holds up unless the rule is broken first by another) dead.
Abilities and Equipment:
Mandalorian Armor: Kast's armor was made of synthetic durasteel, a metal capable of enduring extreme temperatures, and tremendous physical pressure. Durasteel was the same metal used for Jango Fett's armor, making it equal in strength to Jodo Kast's set, although both remain significantly weaker than Boba Fett's upgraded version.
Like most of it's kind, the helmet comes equipped with a head's up display, allowing for 360 degree viewing when seen through the T-shaped visor.

Flame Thrower : Wrist mounted, limited use.
Rocket Launcher: Capable of firing short ranged missiles from either the arm or jetpack, as a launcher is mounted in both places.
Poison Darts: These are listed as the preferred weapon of choice for Jodo Kast. He uses them often, perhaps the most frequently of all his offensive gear. Shot from the wrist, his darts can paralyze opponents when needed, but prove fatal when Kast uses Sennari tips, his favorite poison. Sennari & Jodo Kast
Jetpack: Used for short range flight duration. It also comes with a magnetic grappling hook and net launcher.
Blastech J3-E: Blaster rifle, primarily fitted for the left hand.

Other Weapons: Blaster Pistol, Stun Collar, Thermal Detonator.
Teras Kasi: Martial Arts style, used by non Force sensitives to combat those who are proficient in the ways of the Force. Jodo's knowledge of this form is limited, but he does maintain some experience and exposure with it. Early in his bounty hunting career, Kast competed in a fighting tournament hosted by Arden Lyn. These events were depicted in the game Masters of the Teras Kasi.
