Vegeta uses the artificial moon to transform so he lose some power. Bust out your numbers.

Rules: Goku doesn't have strain, can't cut Vegeta's tail and can't destroy the artificial moon. Vegeta can't regain the power he lost before transforming and can't blow up the planet.

Is this including the damage he took from the Kamehameha, or is he starting out fresh.

If including it, he gets oneshotted, seeing as how I don't see him being much stronger than Kaioken x5 Goku when that was the benchmark Goku used for him. If not, then Galu still wins since I believe the Power Ball's drainage should be significant if Goku bothered pointing it out as some absurdity, enough to push him below 160k. Vegeta also was only stated to be fast in comparison to his size, so I don't think his speed would change much from his base form, making Goku several times faster than him too.
