Kaioshin Or Dabura?

Anyway, I can't think any character that was so mishandle like Kaioshin and Dabura so who do you think that disappointed you?

Dabra more. Kaioshin is...whatever, but Dabra's design and title (King of the Demon Realm) left a lot to be desired.

Not long after he attacks for the first time, Goku immediately says he's a weak opponent. No build-up or anything. That was whack.
