When we were first introduced to this purple fuck... he was this cool and mysterious muthafucka who gave Goku quite a welcome and made Piccolo forfeit out of respect. But then the actual Majin Boo shit came into motion and dear Kami... this character really down the shitter.
1. His plan to find Babidi. He basically let the villains do what they want which was absorb Gohan's energy to bring to Babidi so he can revive Majin Boo... but there's so many less risky options. Hell, he easily coulda just stopped Spopovich and Yamu himself or told the Z-Warriors of what was going on. It's not like Babidi was paying constant attention to what was going on.
In fact, there's ZERO reason to be cautious of those two weaklings. Videl of all people kicked Spopovich's ass. Even 21st Budokai Jackie Chun would wipe them out of existence with just one hand.
2. He has no faith in the saiyans. Kaioshin said himself he woulda handled the situation differently if he knew how powerful the saiyans were yet it takes him all the way from the 25th Budokai to his ass-beating to realize he was out of his league. How can he be concerned against guys like Pui-Pui after sensing Gohan go SSJ2 before him?
3. He is just... incompetent. Like said above, he knew absolutely nothing about the saiyans. He never regularly kept watch of Earth (which should be HUGE priority considering he kept Majin Boo's egg there) or any other planets. He feared Majin Boo's egg would release him from the slightest shock despite the fact he left it on the most dangerous planet in the entire universe and an egg that can hold the most powerful being that the gods have ever known logically should be really strong. He didn't even know Babidi brainwashed Dabura.
You could say he was spending his time hunting down Babidi but he and Kibito had only recently discovered Bibidi had a son in the Boo Saga so... no excuse.
4. He's really not that strong. One common reason for why people believe he's so strong is cuz Piccolo's apparent fear of facing him and statement regarding his power... but people really take this out of context. Piccolo was just subconsciously holding back due to sensing Kaioshin's godly presence (the latter even dug into his mind about it) and he only said he was so much stronger as an excuse so he doesn't make a scene about the god of all creations being before them. The first thing Piccolo wanted to do after forfeiting was confront Shin to confirm his true identity.
Kaioshin is the worst character in Dragon Ball history. He's cowardly, lacks any clear scaling, and is overrated as fuck.
All in all, fuck Kaioshin and if you're down with him then fuck you too!
