Kamiccolo & #17 vs Imperfect Cell (post humans)/ ssjg2 Vegeta vs Perfect Cell - gap

How much was Cell's lead over Kamiccolo after absorbing humans and over Vegeta ssjg2 after becoming perfect?

Depends on my mood.

If I feel like bloating things, I can have it easily at 3-4x. While tired, the Gekiretsu Kodan still packs a punch, and Cell tanked the fuck out of it. That attack >> the KHH, so Cell could easily be above 3x stronger than Piccolo.

As for the latter, no comment right now.

I'd say Perfect Cell's advantage over Vegeta would be pretty much by the same amount. He initially was confident on taking Vegeta's Final Flash and it's logic to assume he was assuming an amplifier like Piccolo's Gekiretsu Kodan. The Final Flash multiplier happened to be even higher, hence his "oh shit" face at the last moment.

Why? The last Ki-Super-attack that Cell knows about that Vegeta did was the Gallick-Gun in the Saiyan-Saga.

I mean, I guess Gohan thought that Goku could possibly beat Cell with Grade 3. Although, he had probably trained for some time at that point.

As for the topic, I have a 3x gap for the first one, and a 2x gap for the second one.

If I ignore random amps, Imperfect Cell's gap over Piccolo and #17 would be around 2-3x. Cell over Vegeta would be about 2-2.5x as well.

I only have Perfect Cell ~1.8x stronger than SSGr2 Vegeta.
