Kami’s teleportation

Do you think Kami’s teleportation is restricted to the afterlife, or can he teleport to any place like Kibito?

Since he's a God therefore he has a privileges to go to the after life. Maybe he can just teleport to the place where he can sensed correctly like IT. Makes you wonder why Piccolo didn't get that kind of ability after he merged with Kami.

I feel like it’s restricted to the afterlife, but it still doesn’t make sense. When Dende became god of earth there was no ceremony, no “god power” given to him, so it’s strange that Kami would have such a specific ability..

Well the only difference I can think of is that Kami was appointed as the guardian by the previous guardian therefore he was probably taught about teleportation while Dende just took the role just because he can create a dragon ball.
