If LSSJ2 Kefla is Incomplete UI tier than a LSSJ3 Kefla may be too much for even Whis.

Could go either way between Kefla being stomped or stomping, considering her LSSJ form brings her on par with Goku's Genki-Dama yet her LSS2 form barely surpasses Initial UI Goku, who needn't be anywhere close to twice as strong as the Genki-Dama when Initial Jiren struggled with it somewhat.

The truth is I have Champa winning and being a little stronger. When Goku used the UI for the third time, he was a little stronger than his UI for the second time. Jiren surpassed with some comfort to UI Goku (third time). Then MUI Goku (Initial) was much more powerful than that Jiren. The latter was ignited and managed to overcome MUI Goku (Initial). Until MUI Goku took out all his power and surpassed Jiren (FP) without much trouble.
