Kenshin fights Shishio without any wounds and at full power/stamina. Shishio has no time limit to fight. Who wins?

With knowledge or without knowledge? Because if Shishio has full intel on Kenshin's ougi like Enishi did I bet he would win, and if he doesn't while Kenshin does I bet it's likely to flow the exact same way as their second battle because it'd be easier to find a timing to use the Amakakeru Ryu no Hirameki than Kenshin's pre-resolve hax self that was injured.

Then I'd give it to Shishio more times than not because Kenshin tends to be conservative about using his ougi until nothing else has put the enemy down, so with Shishio's superior strength he should have the edge since all he needs to do is grab Kenshin and detonate his glove.
