Fused Kaioshin sweeps. I think he's closer to SS3 tier than he is to SS2 tier.

He's about on par with SSJ2 Vegeta/Goku for me, so he'd beat Gohan after a moderately difficult bout.

I think he wins against Teen Gohan but loses against Kid, unless he uses some of Kaioshin's magic or Kibito's SSjin 3. I like to think Kibitoshin is ~ Average Kaioshin tier (Like West, North and Dai were) what is low SSJ2 Tier. I don't see him on SSJ2 Vegeta's level tbh, given how he didn't stay behind to fight Boo.

Old Kai stated that if he goes to fight Buutenks, Buutenks might absorb him. This might imply that Buutenks would see him worthy to absorb him. Of course this is really vague and is the only thing I can come up with regarding his power. He thought he could help Goku, but that's just him boasting. El Manga Legendario states he barely powered up from the individuals and Old Kai says he wasn't anything special. So at best, I'd place him at Ssj2 Tier

Cell Games Gohan - I'd probably give Gohan a slight edge in power with Shin not staying at help out against Pure Boo implying he's solidly inferior to SS2 Goku and Vegeta, though he may still win due to superior techniques and his healing factor (assuming Kaioshin attendant healing can be used on the self).
