I think Trunks is the most skilled or smart in the list while Goku was more of a strength kind of kid from BoDB until 21st Budokai and others are more in power that's all.

I think it depends on which part of the Boo Saga these Goten and Trunks come from.

Early BS Goten was such a greenhorn he couldn’t even fly, so in that scenario I’d say BoDB Goku takes everyone easily. If it’s some later BS Kids, then the duo wins a tough one by outnumbering Goku.
