I'm thinking of the possibility that you just have to overcome the power of a Genie or Chaos to be able to knock him out or even kill him. Jafar Genius cannot kill anyone directly, however he knocked out the Blue Genie. If the Jinn could kill directly, Jafar Jinn could have killed the Jinn. In the best case scenario because the Jinn can transform into whatever they want, a Universal Destroyer is needed to be able to destroy them completely (including Chaos).

The big problem with this is that due to the magic they use, they can cause a lot of problems even for DBS characters, but on the other hand, you just have to hit them to annihilate them and as we saw, even Jafar Genie doesn't have excellent reflexes, it's just seeing him as the Parrot managed to snatch his lamp from the lava.

So I think Vegetto Base can knock out Chaos and Jafar Genie, but you need to knock them out before they use any strategy like turning into a giant Sun and having Vegetto burn or teleporting Vegetto into space and letting him die for lack of oxygen.

If the team is not well organized and Vegetto attacks the trio immediately, even in SSJ2 he could kill all 3.

It means you can't even hit them, even the act of hitting them would mean nothing because they could take away your power. Chaos could literally make Vegetto as strong as a kitten - no pun intended.

In order to kill Jafar Genie and Blue Genie, you need to be a Universal Destroyer, for example Omega Yi Xing Long could kill them with his Minus Energy Power Ball or someone like Goku SSJG (Second Power Up).

Only a Multiversal Destroyer like Zen'o can kill Chaos.
