I think Cap wins both. Croc may be stronger but intelligence and training highly favors Cap. He's overcome bigger threats.

Intelligence is debatable, cause this is one of the smartest Killer Croc incarnations. Skill is too, this Croc was treating Batman like some common punk.

Also, what "bigger" threats has Cap taken on? Black Panther? Spider-Man?
