Chimera Ant Arc Killua effortlessly shrugged off a city block+ attack with little Nen. Leopard Lucci was oneshotted by Luffy's city block gigant pistol.

Godspeed Killua is easily MCB+ and MHS combat speed with relativistic reactions.

Kalifa reacted to unnatural lightning, so her speed from that feat is not quantifiable.

Leopard Lucci wasn't one-shotted so much as that attack felled him. That's like saying Pain was one-shotted by Naruto's base Rasengan despite him having taken dozens of attacks prior to being felled with that.

You're comparing two different things. Lucci at that point nearly got oneshotted and he was still fresh unlike Pain. You are still right tho, he wasn't oneshotted.

I thought you were talking about the Jet Gatling Gun that defeated Lucci, but even if you were referring to the Gigant Pistol that nearly knocked Lucci into the water, he'd been hit with some Gear 2nd attacks beforehand. He wasn't badly injured by then, but he wasn't exactly fresh either.

Oh, lol. He wasn't really injured by the time Luffy used G3. Also he used his best defense iirc. Killua with little Nen defense shrugged off a city block+ level attack easily. We shouldn't downplay that feat.

Going back to the actual topic, this is Greed Island Killua. That Killua is still powerful. City block+ level and HS+ without a doubt.
