King Kai vs Initial Nappa

King Kai faces off against Nappa. Nappa is using the power he had versus the Z Fighters before Goku showed up. So he's fighting at a suppressed level.

Who wins?

After getting his ass kicked, I think King Kai pulls out the win. Nappa would dominate, but I can see King Kai's martian arts knowledge getting in some good blows, and pulling out a win, especially if Nappa loses his cool.

If King Kai is losing here then he can use Kaioken and beat hin easily.

I've got no reason to argue with the V-Jump numbers for these two, so Nappa still wins. If assuming Kaio-sama can indeed use the Kaioken x2, then he wins, though that advantage is diminished if we also allow Nappa to use his full power under the same circumstances.

I was under the impression that King Kai might not be able to use the Kaioken x2, but I won't argue it either way since it is a debatable subject. Going by the V-Jump levels, which I am, I think it's close enough for King Kai to pull out something based off being the superior thinker of the two. I would give someone like Piccolo the same advantage in a similar fight. Nappa can lose his cool rather easily and I think this can be exploited by a trained master like King Kai.

But I'm going with Nappa 4000, King Kai 3500.

I don't see why King Kai can't handle Kaioken he created the technique. Kaioken x2 should be able to beat Nappa or at the very least do some serious harm.

Is this answer in support of King Kai? I can't tell.

I think it's important to note that while Nappa did dominate the early fight against the Z Fighters, he really needed Vegeta to guide him through parts of it. Even up to the Goku battle. Some of it seemed more like a Pokemon competition, with Vegeta throwing in advice here and there.

I'd be interested to see how Nappa fares on his own without a buddy guiding him along.

I believe King Kai would win, given the fact he is a Kai and that he probably knows some shit that hasn't been showed in the series. After all, he trained Goku and Goku beat Nappa. Not that it means much but, it shows his techniques can be used effectively against him so, I'd take Kai guy.
