King Piccolo's Children

Since he's a Namek himself then why aren't his children (except Piccolo) look like a Namekian? Did Toriyama explain this?

For what DBZ Movie 4 and DBO are worth, naturally evil Namekians still look like Namekians, regardless of mutation. Guess Piccolo Daimao's children are probably missing a few chromosones.
