I think he's pretty strong. I mean Piccolo Daimao called him to be one of his servants.

General Blue level sounds good. Maybe a bit higher. I don't think he's anything too special and that the whole "Piccolo wanted him as an underling but not Tenshinhan" argument is based on a misinterpretation of a condescending comment.

If you really want to take that route, though. I guess it's confirmed, since they brought-in the Guard after the whole army was defeated, implying he was their last resort, so Guard > Army.

Yeah he should be below Goku (vs old Daimao). Old Piccolo Daimao said Goku is the farthest a human could go and he didn't retrack this when he met the King's Guard - not that would matter anyway.

Other than thinking piccolo's shoe shiner should be above roshi at the 21st? Dudes literally barely stronger than the common soldiers. The only reason piccolo doesn't kill him in one blow is that he wants information.

   I have no problem with having the Guard on Goku and Tenshinhan (TB22), considering that Piccolo Daimaku Young (40%) >>> Daimaku Old Piccolo (100%) >>>> Piccolo Daimaku Old (40%) >>>>> >> Goku (Vs Piccolo Daimaku Old).
