Kiryu Kazuma VS Kazama Shintaro

Yakuza 3 Kiryu was barely able to beat a past his prime Joji (who's likely equal to his twin brother), even doubting he could beat Joji if he wasn't old. Dojima also referred to Kazama's young self as "unrivalled" despite having lived in an age with such top tiers as Prime Saejima and Majima. When both are at their peaks, could Kiryu dethrone his adoptive father's title?

Scenario 1 - End of Yakuza 6 Kiryu VS Prime Kazama.
Scenario 2 - Yakuza 7 Kiryu is used.
Scenario 3 - Same as two, but Kiryu has a bulletproof vest equipped and Kazama is dual-wielding handguns.

I really don't know who'd win between the two of them, while there is some statements like that of Joji's, Kazama pretty much has no showings of strength. I'd say Kiryu loses the first two rounds due to Kazama straight up shooting him (which Kiryu has no story defense against) and wins the third round with the bullet proof vest.

For the first two rounds, Kazama is unarmed (ie. fighting as Joji normally would). Probably should've made that more clear.
