Up to that point, all statements about power useage referred to effort. For instace, Taopaipai didn't use all his
power against Goku (1st fight), but, when he took KHH, his defense was his max PL's defense. Likewise, i think
AT had ''less than half'' in his mind when KP ragdolled Goku without one shotting him, but he had FP in mind during
the KHH tank scene.
