Krillin & Gohan @ 23k Ginyu

How powerful do you think Krillin and Gohan are when they take on Ginyu Goku?

Based on their battle damage compared to Ginyu-Goku's, they should be handily above him, perhaps with Krillin being closer than Gohan. IIRC Gohan laughed at one of Ginyu-Goku's attacks, so he wasn't too worried about losing.

GG: 23k
Krillin: 26k
Gohan: 27-28k

Probably above 30k. Gohan didn't take even the slightest superficial damage from Ginyu's Ki blast and Vegeta saw their worrying at harming Goku's body as the only reason they hadn't defeated Ginyu as quickly as he had Jheese. Compare the first point to 24k Vegeta (someone not too much above Ginyu) making Monster Zarbon's lip bleed and not being knocked back too much more than Zarbon during the exchange.

In the manga, Ginyu's power was stated to be '23k and decreasing'. I have Krillin at 22k and Gohan at 25k.

You're confusing the anime with the manga. In the manga, Jheese only states it to be 23,000 and makes no further comment on it.
