How strong do you think this attack was? If each beam was powerful enough to one shot a Saibaman, how powerful was the attack when it was only 1 beam? It almost seems inconceivable for this attack to be weaker than Chaozu’s suicide or Tenshinhan’s Kikoho while it was all 1 concentrated beam. What do you think?

Logically, it should be over 6x stronger than what's required to oneshot a Saibaiman. That would probably place it above Nappa, though that' not really an inconsistency when the technique was noted for its slow speed prior to separating and neither Vegeta nor Nappa had their scouters to properly gauge it.

I don't think that it was the powers of the 6 smaller blasts added together, considering that Initial Vegeta (9k) did not even bother trying to dodge it. Considering that Initial Nappa seemed a little worried, I'd place it at the same tier as Tien's kikoho (3.5k) or a little above.
