Who wins? This is Goku after the haxed water against Kuririn in the Raditz's arrival.

I'd side with Kuririn because even with moderate gains, he should be at least stronger than chibi Goku after those 5 years.

Krillin. Going by the scouter the gap between Krillin and Yamcha is almost as large as Krillin and Tenshinhan so either Krillin was doing some serious training or Yamcha just slacked off during the five years, it could possibly be a little of both.
