Let's talk about Oozaru

A couple things that have been fluttering in my mind.

1) Do we all believe that Oozaru is really a x10 boost? We hear Vegeta say it, but a few things make me question this statement. For one, Vegeta takes some damage that really shouldn't effect him considering the gap between he and everyone else on Earth. Yajirobe's sword and Goku damaging his eye, for starters.

Also, all of Freeza's men who treat him like garbage. Not something I would expect if Vegeta could
Just turn ape and crush them. I try to rectify this by imagining the 10x boost is the energy they can shoot from their mouth, and not entirely pertaining to the physical body.

2) Oozaru shoots out beams while Golden Oozaru breaths fire. Weird, huh?

Freeza is the one who gives-out the ranks, so I figure they all respect what he gives them.

If Vegeta just killed Recoome, would Freeza be alright with it?

Maybe he could get away with killing Recoome, Guildo, and Kiwi without anyone caring too much, but overall I get what you mean.

Yeah, the way it's said. I think it makes it sound as if Oozaru is more fast way of finishing a mission, if you're already stronger than the inhabitants of a planet and just want to quickly finish the mission, you can just turn Oozaru & stomp them.

1. I think I just go with the flow well, because first of all Vegeta should know a lot about his heritage and second of all, though he was hurt by people much weaker than him. It was admitted by Goku himself that a kaioken x5 wouldn't be enough to take him down which puts the gap between himself, Goku and yajirobe a far.

2. Ha! And base Goku from z can use IT whereas a base Goku from gt stronger than his SSJ3 form cant, lolz

Or did I miss some actual logic given to jus for that?
Anyway its possible its just different moves.

My first thought was that, yeah, different animation for the same movie. Maybe it just looks a little different in golden form.
