I've already watched fate/zero twice, but I'll at least talk about it.

I love the concept of the Fate series. Not always it execution, but Fate/Zero is pretty damn good.

I have the exact same hype as when I was watching FMA, S;G and Pyscho Pass. Can't stop watching because the plot keeps you motivated to watch what's going on next. Fights are really good and animation is one of the best I've seen.

I completed the series about a week or two ago. It was pretty good overall. I've heard the anime of Fate/stay-night was a pretty bad adaption though.

It's been redone by the same studios that did Fate/Zero, so as far as animation quality it's pretty good. The original adaption was terrible though.
