List at least powerful character who is able to destroy one

  All we know is that Vegeta Galick Ho (Saiyan) can destroy our planet. SPC can destroy our sun at a minimum. So who is the least powerful in character destroy the solar system, the galaxy and the universe?

  So far the Gods can destroy at least one Multi galaxy with a single shot.

1. Gohan/Krillin (post potential unlock on Namek): Likely when they hit around the 15,000 range.

Because of this link, which has Gogeta SSJ4 as a destroyer of multiple large Stars and more, but still not up to be a destroyer of the Solar System in an instant, so just maybe Vegetto Gotenks SSJ4 or SSJ4 or Trunkten SSJ4 can be destructive in the solar system with a single shot, but it is very unlikely, so I think the only ones capable of destroying the solar system are the Gods, which in turn are destroyers Galaxy and Multi Galaxies.

  Therefore, even Goku Base (Post God) >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Trunkten SSJ4.

Sun : Top-tiers characters in Cell Saga (except SSJ2 Gohan and Super Perfect Cell).

Galaxy : I wonder...probably Vegito or Enraged Vegeta.

I very much agree with you, the weakest character who may be able to destroy the solar system is Vegetto SSJ4, but still unlikely.

Earth: Definitely Saiyan Saga Vegeta. He states that he can destroy Earth with a Galick Gun, and anime filler backs this is up by having Vegeta destroy a planet with a simple finger beam.

Sun: Depends. Piccolo and Vegeta fear that Imperfect Cell (Post) could eventually destroy the universe, implying that he can bust stars. So, Imperfect Cell (Post) works IMO.

Solar System: Definitely Super Perfect Cell IMO. He states it, and not only is his statement not contradicted, but plenty of sources back him up.

Multi-Solar System: At the maximum, probably Super Boo; at the minimum, SSj3-tier beings.

Galaxy: Definitely Beerus (even BoG movie Beerus). In DBS, Beerus and Godku were literally shaking the universe into oblivion via their clashing, and movie Beerus is stated, by Whis, to be able to wipe out a Solar System faster than a person could say, "Ah."

Guys like Omega Shenron and SSj4 Gogeta could count IMO.

Multi-Galaxy: Again, probably Beerus (only DBS, however).

Universe: Unless we're counting chain reaction, then no one IMO.
