Vegetto wins since I consider him slightly stronger than any version of Super Saiyan 4 Goku aside from surpassed limits SS4 Goku. Liu Xing Long was killed by Pan.

Base Vegetto one shots. Oceanus Shenron wasn't killed until Goku launched his KHH I consider Pan to be an assist while Goku dealt the finishing blow.

Probably SSj3 Vegetto.

SSj3 Vegetto (Boo Arc) is, at the very least, around the same level of power as SSj4 Goku (Baby Arc). Even if SSj4 Goku (Shadow Dragons Arc)>>SSj4 Goku (Baby Arc) (which the GT Perfect Files implies that it might not be the case), I doubt that the gap between Base Goku and Vegetto had widened to the point where Liu Xing Long is now SSj4-tier.

So, Vegetto rage-stomps.

Eh, Pan could have taken Liu Xing Long had she been given an adequate chance. Her attack was already destroying the dragon when Goku came in and sped up the process.

Liu's got nothing to place her on SS4 tier, so SS3 Vegetto stomps her pretty bad. SS2 Vegetto could make a potentially good match depending on how much you believe the gap between Goku's base and SS4 form is reduced after each battle in the Evil Dragon Arc.

I thought about doing SSJ2 for this, but didn't know if it would be out of place, considering some of the later GT jumps.
