Honestly, I really have to ignore SSJ3 here as much as possible. Plus, if Lood was anywhere near Goku's SSJ3, he would have stomped him in base. I account him not using it because of the strain.

As for Rild, his statement can still be true. Even at SSJ, Goku is still holding hack more power than Rild knows about.
