Luffy shot in the head?

Has he been shot in the head? Would he take it tje same way as usual? His mouth is flexible, but his head's never been stretched. When he gets shot usually, he takes it by stretching and bouncing the bullet back, or by becoming a balloon. So if his head can't do those things, would it hurt him? It's sharper than a punch.

Is this tje real reason why he dodged the Celestial Dragon's bullets after Hatchan was sjot? Rather than to be badass or to speed things up. Is it because it would actually hurt him?
