If we go with the implications of Base Gotenks (Post ROSAT) > SSJ Gotenks (Pre ROSAT) > SSJ3 Goku and keep the multiplier at 50 times than that's pretty likely.

To prove what? That Ultimate Gohan is hundreds to thousands of times stronger than SS2 Gohan? Okay.

1. Goku says that Gotenks will be stronger than himself, and he's only accounting for Super Saiyan.
2. Piccolo says SS Gotenks (pre) has no chance against initial Evil Boo, but thinks Base Gotenks (post) does.
3. Ultimate Gohan is stronger than SS3 Gotenks.

Ultimate Gohan > SS3 Gotenks > SS2 Gotenks > SS Gotenks > Base Gotenks > SS Gotenks (pre) > SS3 Goku > Fat Boo > SS2 Goku > SS2 Vegeta > SS2 Gohan

Factoring in Super Saiyan multipliers, the gap would end up in the hundreds or thousands, unless you use ridiculously small Super Saiyan multipliers.

So, no. Not being a fanboy, just giving credit where it is due.
