I dont think he can handle buus regeneration and stamina.

I'd give it to Boo without massive difficulty. Based on the director's statement of Broly seeming to be the "Strongest Saiyan" at the time, I'd place him above Enraged SS2 Gohan, though don't see a reason to place him above SS2 Goku if you don't believe he was one in Movie 10. Even if he was, making Broly closer to Good Boo's level, Boo's arsenal of moves would still be too much.
