2 Rounds

Round 1 - Alexis has the deck she used for most of the series
Round 2 - Alexis has her White Night deck she got from Sartorius

We're still discussing the Orichalcos warriors and I think we all agreed that Mai's Waking the Dragons deck is improvement over her Battle City deck. She focuses more on swarming the field and still has her Harpie Lady support and now the Orichalcos to power them up even further. In addition to the seal and various equip spells she has broken cards like Harpie Lady Phoenix & Sparrow Formation. She beat Joey in their 2nd duel (although she didn't declare the winning attack you may as well say she won).

Alexis (Normal Deck)
Like most of GX she wasn't really impressive. Her Cyber Girl deck isn't really good. I'm honestly speechless on how.... I don't know even know the word to describe her deck but it isn't really that great.

Alexis (White Night)
This deck is improvement and I think she should've kept this one. It focuses more on crippling her opponent from not using any spell cards. She had White Night Dragon which is fairly OP. Immunity to card effects, you can sacrifice one magic/traps cards to force your opponent to battle it over another monster. Equally as powerful as a Blue Eyes.

Akiza (My Waifu)
Her deck doesn't seemed as balanced as other 5Ds characters but she's put Yusei on the edge in both of their duels. Her plant deck kind of uses a burn strategy chipping away at an opponents LP than she whips out Black Rose Dragon which can nuke every card on the field except itself effectively making it a game ender or at least shift the duel into her favor. Black Rose Dragon can strip a monster of it's ATK power for 1 turn assuming a plant is removed from her graveyard and said monster is in DEF.

I think we have a much more interesting Triple Threat here from the Battle of the Sidekicks.

Mai's Sparrow Formation and Phoenix Formation cards are beastly, and she's also still got Harpie's Feather Duster, but Alexis' decks would stop HFD and HPF from being effective. However, if Mai did get Phoenix Formation successfully, it would kill anything Alexis has, and killing White Night Dragon would be a huge blow to her LP.

Looking at Alexis' Cyber Girl deck, it's not too bad for anime standards. It's got decent protection for her monsters. It really does a number on an opponent's ability to use magic cards, which would cripple someone like Yugi. Her White Night deck is better, though, with more beatdown qualities while still keeping some magic crippling cards. White Night Dragon + White Night Fort is a good combo.

I'm not sure about Akiza. She's got a shit ton of cards to look through.

I think this may be a toss up between Mai & Akiza. Mai was ruthless in the Orichalcos Arc. and with her OP Harpie Support and swarming deck she could win this. But 5D's characters almost heavily emphasize on traps to keep things in their favor and Akiza almost immediately calls Black Rose Dragon and nukes the field. Even without it her plants chip away at her opponents LP from 300 - 800 points of damage.

If i haven't watched the anime, can i compare their manga counterparts?
Sure, why not? Sometimes the manga is better for figuring out strengths because it's clearer.

Mai's deck is mostly a luck one. I mean, in the series, she draws a Harpy at every duel. In real life, what are
the chances of that? Her rest of the cards are too focused on that one monster.
Manga Alexis and Akiza are both really skilled. Alexis had the tough luck of never winning a duel in the maga,
for plot purposes, so it's hard to say whether she's better than Akiza.
