Majin King Piccolo vs the 23rd Budokai

King Piccolo gets the Majin boost for some reason and then goes up against the contestants of the 23rd Budokai in 1 on 1 fights in order of weakest to strongest. Who is the strongest person he can beat?

Round 1: Old King Piccolo
Round 2: Young King Piccolo

Using the same boost as Vegeta and going by scouter numbers to make things easier to quantify, I'd say Old Daimao gets past Kuririn/Yamcha and loses to Weighted Galu/Ten, whereas his young self either stops at Ten or gets past him and stomped by Shen/Kami.
I'll assume Piccolo's boost would be far greater though due to being the Nameless Namek's evil incarnate and say he gets a 1.5x boost. I'd say his old self would probably get past Ten before losing to Kami, whereas his young self likely beats Kami but still gets stomped by Goku/Piccolo.

I really doubt that he'll stand a chance against Tien on both scenarios. Either way he's no passing Tien Goku and Majunior IMO.

Old Piccolo: Chaozu beats him after a hard fight, thanks to his psychic powers, unless he still falls for the math trick.
Young Piccolo: Tenshinhan beats him with skill after a hard fight.
