This basically is another "Was Gohan Ssj or Ssj2" thread again. Well anyway, Dabra easily wins. He was confident in taking on all three saiyans even after knowing how strong Ssj Goku was, along with the fact that he's comparable to Cell, someone who took Super Saiyan 2 to beat.

I think SSJ Vegeta (pre Majin) slaughters, because he expresses confidence in beating Aldabra, yet nobody knows that he has SSJ2.

This would have to ignore other things like Dabra being on the level of Cell, someone that took Super Saiyan 2 to beat. You're using you're own interpretation of one scene and calling it decisive. Dabra is confident in defeating the Saiyans even after gaining knowledge of how strong Super Saiyan Goku was. What purpose does Goku's Kiri energy serve if it was just meant to be completely incorrect?

The issue is how pitiful Dabura is displayed from the get go. A Perfect Cell level of power is still impressive at this point imo.

A CG Super Saiyan level is not. That's old news. Powers that dwarf that are impressive.

Super Saiyan 2 is still impressive up to this point of the Buu Saga.
