Makankosappo Piccolo (CG) vs Goku MSSJ 100% (CG)?

While we know that the Makankosappo Piccolo has a 3.2X amplifier approx. It all depends on how powerful you have to Piccolo (CG). I personally am seeing between 30% and 40% of the power of Goku MSSJ 100% (GC).

The amp could've become bigger even though it's not indicated through traditional means. Piccolo said the Makankosappo was an unfinished technique, so he could've improved on it.

Either way, it would pierce even Cell because it's like the Kienzan. If Piccolo hits, Goku is defeated.

The technique would be complete and more amp , The gap between Piccolo and Goku is a bit over 2x , Piccolo kills Goku

i think goku could tank this like he tanked nappa's blast piccolo is about as strong as initial PC ...goku is about 3 times stronger than that
