Making our own Manga

I think we should try to do something productive here. We have a lot of untapped talent on this forum. We have some that are excellent writers in terms of pose and style, some that are excellent in analysis, and some just straight up good in construction of content. We have only 1 artist in Ougi who will more or less be busy this entire break. I can get more artists though such as Brofist. We also have people that have the technical skills to put it together, along with some who can help get the word out there about the manga. Naturally the manga will be free and online, but we can follow this up by adding ads to the manga or something along those lines. It's possible that we get licensed and published but lets not jump the gun that far yet.

We need to brainstorm storm some ideas. I'm gonna make a separate section for this where we can discuss and brainstorm. This forum won't be visible to new members or guests, so you will need to PM me for access. If you want access to just comment here and there that's fine too. Let's get the ball rolling and get some work done!

next maybe due to popularity i think we need the story to have some sort of energy source i think a lot of popular ones have it

always something you could do, a big one that's underrated is names
character names, location names, weapon/ability names are a very big apart of it
if you think you cant contribute to the story/plot this is something you can, something not as hard.
also just general advice having read/watched many anime/mango experienced and trusted input is always valuable

I should clarify a tad here, I can pretty much help on anything that isn't illustration or extensive dialogue. The latter tends to be my weakness in terms of my writing and I just suck ass with the former.

As someone who's ambitious about making their own manga one day, I could probably help out with this. I don't have any scanning equipment and am purely a pen and paper artist, so I'd only be able to help out with the plot building area though.

I'm not much of an artist, so I'll have to relegate myself to the story-building department. My dialogue is usually unpleasant as well.
