Blue Vegetto could definitely whoop Hit and Goku like Jiren did. CSSB Goku could only match Merged Zamasu, while Blue Vegetto was rolling MZ over. Jiren would probably win since Vegetto's fusion wouldn't last long enough to accomplish anything.

Vegetto ought to stomp, since given the lack of Beerus and Whis orgasming over Jiren's strength like in the anime, I think it's clear the manga will only have him surpassing Belmod once he uses his full power against MUI Galu.

The manga already told us Jiren > Belmod though, and nobody said anything about Blue Vegetto being stronger than Beerus until Kaioshin mentioned it when the former was ramping up a Final Kamehameha. Jiren also one shotted Hit just like Beerus one shotted CSSB Vegeta. I can't see this being a stomp for Vegetto, yo.

You think Toyotaro will stick with UI/MUI? I'm curious to see if he bothers with both or just makes it instant MUI.

How many times will Goku use UI, and how many times will Jiren use his full power? I don't think we see UI more than two times.

I still doubt Beerus would just sit there without much expression when a mortal stronger than himself cropped up. I'd also say it's difficult to compare both oneshotting feats, considering Beerus was playing around whereas Jiren was still somewhat serious about taking down his opponent and just conservative with his Ki.

Probably just MUI since that was the only one Toriyama decided to draw. Either that, or we'll see UI against Kefla and MUI against Jiren.

To be fair, though, the fight with Jiren just began. He wasn't confronted with things like KKx20 or Genki Dama yet, so it's likely that he was suppressed even more than he was in Anime.

So far, Goku is the only one who is aware that Jiren is above at least a God of Destruction, and if the fights in the Battle Royale between the GoDs is anything to go by, Beerus isn't worlds above the rest of them, though clearly one of the strongest, arguably surpassed only by Quitela.

CSSB has taken over Kaioken's role so it doesn't seem to mean Jiren was more suppressed than his anime self, only that the bloat between he and the other characters isn't as great.

I don't really see any feats that put Hit far above the level he was at during the U6 arc. The only thing he did outside of his Time Freeze shit was land an off-guard kick on Jiren.

Hit said he focused mainly on powering-up, since Goku broke through his time-skip technique and Goku asked since when did Hit get so powerful, seeming very surprised by Hit's showing.

Well he seemed to power-up when he was about to use his time-cage technique and Jiren only then defeated him after he powered-up as-well. The Jiren that owned Goku was restricted by Hit's time-technique.
