Which attack was stronger to you, dished out in the battle vs Vegeta and Nappa? The Masenko was read as 2800 and surprised Nappa and Vegeta, while the Kikoho seemed to scare Nappa momentarily and Piccolo wondered if Nappa was immortal for having witnessed it.

The Kikoho. The surprise came more from how greatly Gohan's power fluctuated, considering it's doubtful he was close to his full power due to fatigue (the anime even has Vegeta first note his battle power when charging the Masenko to have risen to 700 at first before escalating) and Nappa's commendation of it came more from Gohan being a kid (in the Japanese anime, he clearly uses the term "gaki" to make this clear as opposed to Viz using "shrimp"). Meanwhile, Nappa had some time to guard against the Kikoho and was still more roughed up by it

Masenko seemed more impressive to me based on the feats. Enraged Gohan was shown to be strong enough to kick Nappa a long ways into the rocks and actually caused him more damage and anger than the Kikoho which took him off guard. He even said "don't scare me like that" regarding the Kikoho because he wasn't expecting it. Gohan's Masenko should be at worst equal to his prior enraged self, so I view it as higher than the Kikoho.

Going with the Masenko here. Gohan’s power is always higher than anyone else’s when he’s mad.

Nappa wasn't expecting such power from Gohan either when he got kicked though, nor was Piccolo, and Nappa at least had a window to guard against the Kikoho. If anything, that off guard kick did more to him than the Masenko with how he at most had a light singe after smacking it away and (assuming the Steve Simmons translation is more accurate than VIz's) only said it gave him a light tingle.
