Maul somehow convinces Dooku to betray Palpatine and the two take him on. How does this battle take place?
All characters are from at the time of the events of the comic Son of Dathomir and Sidious is armed with both his lightsabers.

If the duo are unable to match Sidious, add in Ventress.

I honestly think Palpatine would win round 1. It pretty much be like fight in clone wars with maul and savage only slightly longer. Palpatine to me is a higher tier that only masters like Yoda can rival in power. Even Windu had to use techniques on Vaapad to outmatch him as the fight went on. Don't know how strong Ventress is compared to Maul or Dooku so I still say Palp wins round 2

She's kind of like how RotJ Luke is treat in the Disney Canon - not on the level of top tiers, but can hold her own to some extent. She was the one who gave Anakin his Episode III scar and Windu complimented her lightsaber skills. As far as power ranking, she's slightly below Obi-Wan or so, though can put up a better fight against Dark Side users like Dooku due to familiarity.
