Logically and mathematically, Grey and Kid must have the same power manifested in different beings. It's just that
AT didn't intend for Grey Buu to be the final villain, so, when things played out this way, he gave him a cooler
appearance.
Fat Buu was stated to have lost power when split, but, at the final battle, this was obviously retconned.

Grey Buu is the physical manifestation of the suppressed power of evil inside Fat Buu, while Kid Buu is the true form who holds no emotion, the actual true evil inside of Fat Buu.

Vegeta thought they can turn Boo back [Fatso or Grey Boo] which they can beat easily probably by SS3 Goku who is equal to Pure Boo.

If only it was that simple. Grey Boo have most of Fat Boo's power, while Good Boo have the rest stated by the narrator when Fat Boo split in two.

I don't think that Kid Buu would toy against another Buu, because well..it is a Buu, just like him, with the same abilities and powers..He should obviously watch his back here. But again, that's just me.

Did he? Or did his regeneration allow him to last longer than he would have otherwise?

Because kid buu dominates that fight, and he's playing around, doing the finger tsk, fighting without using his hands etc.

You're mistaking the anime for the manga sei'taer. In the manga, Good Buu is capable of putting up a decent fight before going down due to stamina loss.

Not really. Pure Boo is able to use his legs only on Boo, a feat that shows a large gap.

Goku in Db Super is generally the same as he was from the Boo Saga, and everybody is considered at their prime during this time of the series, and yet he is considered the strongest.
