Mecha Freeza and his hypothetical full power

Do you think Mecha Freeza could access his full power without bulking up? If so, would that maybe mean he quickly accessed his full power when shotting that blast at Trunks?

As a bonus question, do you think he fixed his stamina problems?

Bulking up would cause the sharp electronics to poke into his skin and that would hurt.

What official sources have bothered to go into the idea of his full power never present the idea of him bulking up. These include the anime prolonging the fight to the extent he's fine with unleashing such firepower as a Supernova 10x stronger than the Death Ball that destroyed Namek, the Tenkaichi games giving him a skill called "Long awaited 100%" that doesn't include a bulk-up and an exploration of Goku's fight with him in Trunks' timeline not having him bulk up at all, thus making the evidence against him needing to compared to that supporting him needing to standing at 3-0. It'd also make no real sense for him to be able to bulk up when he has less than half of his original organic tissue, which would leave him with little to really bulk up.

As for whether he was at full power with that Ki blast, it's possible when it'd be overly arrogant even for him to not give it his all against a Super Saiyan, but nobody in the Dragon Team noted a sharp increase in Ki and Freeza may not have seen a need to go further in the manga if one Ki blast had seemingly killed Trunks, so I'd say he didn't.

For the bonus question, we really have no way of saying. I'd assume so when considering his confidence in being able to beat Goku 1 V 1 and the fact that it'd be a pretty big design flaw to ignore. Improving his stamina through cybernetics would also fit in quite well narratively to what would come from the Cell Arc's next main threats too.

I literally just made this topic :ha

Anyway no. Physically it makes no sense for his body to be capable of bulking up when large portions of it are mechanical. It was stated that the mechanical part of his body was the reason for his power up, so I don't see why he would need to bulk up a small portion of his body to access that.

As for stamina it would likely have improved, though there's no way to know for sure.

Probably. The power up came from his mechanical parts and he’s not entirely mechanic, so whatever left of his natural body would still need expanding to accomodate the extra power.

Sorry, didn't notice you created the topic. I quickly looked into the Freeza topics made recently and saw no one with the name.
