Power wise this is Future Trunks after he just arrives from the future to stop Freeza.

Scenario: Freeza takes Trunks's threat seriously and powers up to full.

Round 1: Freeza fights Trunks aline.

Round 2: Freeza and King Cold fight Trunks together.

Round 3: Trunks, and Yardrat Goku work together to fight against Freeza and King Cold.

Trunks wins all rounds. Regardless of Freeza seemingly not using 100%, the narrative implies it would make no difference with how much the point of Trunks oneshotting Freeza is brought up. It's even arguable that Freeza's Ki blast was indeed his 100%, since it'd be stupid for him to hold back against a SSJ and his cybernetics may have made it so that he could utilise 100% of his power without the stamina drain or unnecessary bulk.
