Vegeta only needed to turn SSJ to fight Magetta while he required SSJB to fight FnF Golden Freeza so that's irrelevant

Basically what Kenshi said. Magetta is at best equal to SSJ Vegeta currently and even though Vegeta was 20x stronger than his U6 Arc self when they fought at the ToP, that's still not able to cover the gap between U6 Arc SSJ Vegeta/Magetta and Golden Freeza.

Well that's why. I overestimated Magetta. Also forgot this wasn't in a dome.
